About
About Kitefern Studios
We are a small, independent software studio in California. We make calm, focused apps for iPhone, and we take care of them ourselves.
What we make
Most apps compete for attention. We want ours to give some back. Kitefern apps are quiet, quick to open and built around a single job done well. Our first app, Motira, is for the harder moments of an ordinary week: Sunday evenings, the days after a job loss, and stress that won't let up.
How we work
- Private by design. No accounts, no ads, no selling data. What people type stays on their phone.
- Honest about what we are. Our apps are wellness tools, not medical services, and we say so plainly.
- Properly licensed. The music and sound in our apps is licensed or made by us.
- Supported directly. Messages to our support address are read and answered by the people who build the apps.
